Default a warning on littlewoods poker

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING

littlewoods poker, a cryptologic skin, insists they have contributed a 25 pound bonus to my account.

HOWEVER, I RECEIVED NO BONUS, THE SUM I WITHDREW IS EXACTLY THE ADDITION OF MY WINNINGS TO THE ORIGINAL DEPOSIT.

i had a similar experience at Sun, but was not sure of my grounds. IN THIS INSTANCE, I MAINTAINED A CAREFUL RECORD OF MY WINNINGS, MONITORING THE BONUS POINT, AND MY ACCOUNT, TOGETHER.

IF YOU PLAN TO PLAY THIS SITE, OR ANY OF THE CRAPTOLOGIC SKINS, TAKE A SCREEN CAPTURE OF YOUR BEFORE AND AFTER POINTS TO PROVE YOUR CLAIMS.

did you withdraw immediately after finishing the points?
Never had a problem, but I have learned that there are some short delays these days.. I usually go to the cashier, check the statement (the bonus shows there as a 25 pounds deposit!!!) then go back, and withdraw

Have you checked your statement after your withdrawal?

Pretty simple actually.. either the 25 pounds shows there or it doesnt

You can get a statement of the account in the cashier, so any bonus would or wouldn't show up there. Bonuses show as a seperate item to money taken to and from the table. Why would you need a screenshot?

As mentioned, go to your monthly statement in the cashier. If you see something lioke RPM 25, you fail at keeping records.
