Flopped Set, but 3 diamonds.
Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, Hero calls, 3 folds, SB completes, BB checks. Flop: (4 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players) SB bets, BB folds, UTG+1 raises, Hero ??? Not sure what to do here, I think the only course is raise or fold. Doesn't feel right to fold, but if anyone is holding a low [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] then hopefully they will fold? I don't quite believe it either. Tought spot. |

Raise or call and pair the board on the turn. I probably raise now but I think you could also wait for a safe turn.

**grunch**
raise it! ... full flush board - who cares! ... many will pay-you-off holding one diamond (or think you're bluffing)... if it hits - oh well; |

Re: Flopped Set, but 3 diamonds.
Grunch. You might be ahead, and you have 7 outs against a made flush, so I think you have good enough implied odds to call or raise here even though it's two bets. Not sure what the better option of those two is though, but I would probably call.

Re: Flopped Set, but 3 diamonds.
No way to fold this. Even if you're behind a flush already, you have 7 outs to a boat or quads here; if you miss, you'll have 10 outs on the river.
I think I raise on the flop to try to lose the SB. If SB folds, I call UI on the turn. It think I even call on the river if the fourth diamond never hits. UTG+1 could well be playing the ace of diamonds this aggressively on the flop. |

Re: Flopped Set, but 3 diamonds.
Raise it, you could very likely get beat by a straight or flush that comes in, but it very well might not come in
and you have a decent chance to boat up and take lots of bets off people who make their straights/flushes. |
