So, I've been trying to find an exploitable flaw in the new cashier girl down in the office canteen for the last few days. She's basically barely numerate, and scared of counting. The till lets her press a button with "Diet Coke Can" on, rather than having to type in 60, etc. It also tells her how much change to give. What it doesn't do is tell her how much you've given her, so:

HERO: (plonks down sandwich and can of Coke)
NCG: (presses "Ham Sandwich", "Coke Can" buttons): "Two pounds ten, please"
HERO: (hands over shrapnel to value of £1.30): "There you go, two pounds fifty"
NCG: (types in 250): "Forty pence change" (hands over random amount of change)
HERO: "Thanks"
HERO: (walking off) "pwned"
