Default Completely new to Omaha Eight or Better

Hey guys/girls! I am completley new to Omaha Eight or Better. I am a very, very accomplished hold 'em player but im looking for a new game. Any good starting hand requirements, %'s, ANY information regarding 8 or better would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot guys/girls!

Always keep in mind that the object of any split pot game is to scoop the pot.

Get Ray Zee's book, High Low Split Poker for Advanced Players. Read and re-read it. It is the best book on the game.

I have a buddy like this. He loves to play JJ hard in O8. I suggest reading many of the threads/posts in the forum and or sites/works already mentioned. And erm... raise jacks preflop. Yeah that's it. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
