Ingesting paper isn't dangerous.

K Dawg,

I have been told that this means impending disaster/bad luck.

I am not kidding.

One day I opened a fortune cookie after enhoying some delicious chinese food. To my surprise, there was no fortune. A few hours later, I was stung by the biggest wasp i had ever seen (it was black and flew out of a hole, wtf!!!). Anyway, i was in the ER an hour later, getting pumped with steroids and taking all kinds of pills. True story.

When telling this story to a group of friends--which happen to be Asian--they informed me as to the curse of the fortuneless fortune cookie.

I know it sounds kinda funny, but I am dead serious.

Regards,
ness

It wouldn't have been a fortune anyways. It would have been a statement like "Good people find happiness in strife."

so my dropping 70 BBs today can be attributed to this. At least I have something to blame it on other then me playing like crap.

where does teh line get drawn on the impending doom, like is it an immeadite thing, or am I just [censored] for a while. I normally eat them cause for whatever reason, I just like the cookie itself and don't read the fortunes, but this was teh first time I ever had a fortuneless cookie, so needless to say, I found it odd

K-Dawg,

Stay in the house for the next 6-7 weeks with a tin foil hat and velcro shoes on.

Holy [censored]! Regardless of how unbelievable this might seem in the context of these developments, it is absolutely true.

Last night I ate a fortune cookie, and it had two fortunes in it. Well, one of them isn't really a fortune, it is just plain stupid. You can have that one if you like.

I'll take 'your life will be easy and long,' and you can have 'a modest person doesn't talk about oneself.' Wow, thanks for that pearl of wisdom dictionary cookie.
