Default Kings On Q High Flop W/ Donkfish.

Villain is a super loose fish, no way he's a winner in the game. He's open-minraised 98o and minbet on flop with total miss, calls PSB with gutshot and defends with KQs and I'm assuming anything else.

Just bet the turn. He's not going anywhere.

As I almost always fire a PSCB after raising PF and rarely fire 2 barrels OOP when called on a missed flop, I like to CR people I play with a lot as I feel they might be capable of a delayed bluff.

I think that even as bad as he is, he could fold to a turn PSB with 88-JJ or weak Queen against me, but would bet some of them. I also expected him to bet a lot more than $18.

You fine with everything else?

Yup, although I might go with a smaller VB on the river, since he looks pretty weak, to me. Probably not, though.

I never do anything except an all in in this spot, I think it could be a minor leak. Perhaps I should start value betting more.

I like ur resoning, but unfortunately imo I don't think opponents on this level are paying that much attention to notice your double barrel bluffs etc. Correct me if I'm wrong

It's fairly easy to notice that I almost always shut down after a flop bet is called OOP. I also pull all in bluffs as overbets and show them frequently, which I know several people have noticed. I also do this with the nuts.

Even if he isn't going to bluff here, he'll still bet a lot of hands he thinks are best, IMO. Can also lower his range of hands that call my PSB on river if he so happens to check behind.

Okay, that changes things a bit
When you show bluffs I think ppl are more inclined to "keep an eye" on you and because of that they might notice things like that more.
FWIW I think I would valuebet that river instead of pushing.

Forgot to add, I'm more inclined to push if there was a flush draw on the flop (which missed).

In this case I think villain has a mediocre Q, which he may have a hard time calling your push.

I did value bet.

Why? There's no way he's calling with a busted flush draw and there's no way I'm check-raising the turn there with one.

He called the check-raise, he'll call a push.
