Default Good Workout/Running Music

Im looking for some suggestions for songs that get you hyped up and energized to run or workout. I prefer hip hop but am open to other suggestions.

I actually listen to podcasts while I jog. Not very inspirational, but it helps my endurance. It's easier for me to take my mind off my fatigue and I can actually jog longer.

As far as hip hop and rap go, I really like "Sky's the Limit" by Young Jeezy for getting pumped up.... I will post some more if I think of them.

I just threw this mix together, I think I'll actually use it on Monday. And to the haters, keep in mind that these are chosen based upon the intensity of the lyrics and beats, not necessarily their artistic merits

Seventeen Years - Ratatat
Shinobi vs. Dragon Ninja - Lostprophets
Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana
Bombs Over Baghdad - OutKast
Beg For Mercy - G-Unit
Got It Twisted - Mobb Deep
Heat - 50 Cent
Violence - Cam'ron
Zen - Clipse
Let's Get It / Sky's the Limit - Young Jeezy
Ruff Ryders Anthem - DMX
Advance Pawns - The GZA
Pushin' Weight - Ice Cube
Warrior - Lloyd Banks

It's not perfect by any means, but I think it will get the job done.

I think 17 years should be on the back of that mix. The end of that song is just a downer.
