Default ($27) UTG on bubble with huge blinds

This type of situation doesn't come up very often, but I think it's interesting.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t800 (4 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Button (t1430)
SB (t2425)
BB (t4580)
Hero (t5065)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

Button has been extremely tight and is just trying to fold into the money, although now that he's the definite shortstack he might be a little more willing to gamble. I still think he's going to need a really strong hand to call though.

SB hasn't been out of the ordinary.

BB has been playing competently and was aggressive when she had the big stack. I don't think she'll be calling without a really good hand either.

SNGPT says it's +EV with the ranges I assigned, but do you risk this push?

Edit: What if the other players aren't as tight?

Looks like a very easy push to me.

A SNGPT analysis incorporates this risk. Also, the SB and BB should be playing uber tight. Push all day.

Edited to say SB, not button.

Okay, I guess with my reads it is a really easy push. Is this still an easy push if the shorties are going to be more willing to gamble?

Yes. If shorty wants to gamble with you with marginal holdings, K7s will stack up respectably against such a range and you've got a chance to increase your equity by knocking someone out.

Remeber that the ICM breaks down when there are ministacks at the table. SNGPT is not an absolute truth machine.
