Default 54s, how to proceed? (5/10 6-max)

This is my first post here, but I have been a frequent reader for some time now.
The table I´m playing has been verry agg and "every" hand has been raised and re-raised PF. Big pots and alot of action.
Villain in this hand is a typical TAG 5/10 player, stats: VP$IP: 25%, PFR: 15%.
I´m at the button and find myself with 54s, a hand I like to play. So I raise it first in, nothing fancy about that. Villian reraises from the SB, I think he has a decent hand something like +AQ, +JJ... But he only makes it 100 so I´m priced in (or do you guys think that a should fold it right here?).
Because the flop is T-high I think alot of hands might have missed, so when he continuation bets I raise it. Only double his raise because I dont feel like commiting myself to the pot. When he just call I dont think he is verry strong, but he has a hand.
The turn card brings more outs, how do I proceed here? I could take a free card or I could continue the semi-bluff...

push the turn, he'll fold an overpair, unless he won't - in which case you have many outs to win the pot

I don't like your call preflop. Turn is an auto-push.

Looks to me like AT or AK. I think you should stick it in. I don't like the call pre-flop because it's more than 10% of your stack. The flop is fine as long as you might min-raise there with a made hand.

push... misread PF action first time.

He can't call without an FH or Tx.
