Headsup win %
Greetings:
I'm new to the headsup forum now that Party is offering headsup tables. I see on the $11 tables a player must win at least 55% of his matches to break even with the $1 fee and payout structure. What percentage of headsup matches does a good player win? Is it possible to win 70%, or is that like batting .400 in the major leagues? |

Re: Headsup win %
I played just over 500 $10+.5 at Absolute and had a 58% win rate. This was with a lower rake, which will help you out big time over large sample sizes. Over this time period, I was pretty much only playing HU. I am making way more now playing 6max limit. In my opinion, only playing HU tourneys is not that fun, but if you use them as a suplement to your normal game they can be very cool. But, I might think differently if I could dominate the $500 HU games. Peace OUt
