I don't see this ending well for me, but ....
I listen to Nora Jones and Jack Johnson when not running well. Music is so mellow that it seems to help me laugh off the 2 outers. ~FishNChips |

All these CDs are big on melody and harmony.
I would say I would be less likely to tilt if I listened to something that fell in line with my mood at the time of running bad... So, I choose The Blood Brothers' Burn Piano Island, Burn |
