WSEX Tech Issues?

I downloaded the WSEX poker client today. When I tried to play, I had major issues. I could not see my cards, I could not see other peoples cards (most of the time). Anyone having these problems? Any solutions yet?

WSEX did credit my account for the tournament fee I lost out on very quickly/easily.
