I haven't played much NL, so I my judgment stinks right now. Does anyone feel exceedingly strongly about the PF call after that big a reraise? And regardless, what do you do on the flop here?
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx UTG ($31.44) Hero ($58.60) UTG+2 ($32.72) MP1 ($53.95) MP2 ($187.66) MP3 ($100.62) CO ($10.47) Button ($18.35) SB ($22.50) BB ($49.50) Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Led the flop with a pot-sized bet.
EDIT: I'd reraise him pre-flop too. |

If you haven't played much NL you might start lower than $50.
With this flop here I bet out every single time. Preflop I probably raise again. |

Without reads I am 3 betting this preflop. Villian has to be very tight preflop for me not to go broke with KK.

hero reraises preflop, calls a push.

Try to get all in preflop.
How do people play this one from here, btw? At this point I think that if our stack goes in we are probably behind; TT-, AK and AQ aren't playing, JJ and AA beat us, that leaves only QQ. I'm slightly lost OOP on this flop. |

hero reraises preflop, calls a push. [/ QUOTE ] This is it - ideally, with AA or KK you'd like to get all-in preflop. As played, tough call that is really dependent on your read of villian. I've seen guys play 99 like AA. His flop raise after your check doesn't tell you much as a PSB here is standard. I probably push over the top on the flop and reload if he has AA or just hit a set of J's. |

My feel of this situation is that we're going to have to go ahead and put our stack in the middle because we're probably ahead, but when we actually get there we're mostly going to be behind. |
