Default WSOP 33 Rebuy On Stars - Flopped Straight

Pretty early in tourney...No real reads...I stacked someone on my 1st hand with AQ vs A9 on a AQ6JQ board...

I have only played 1 other hand that was folded on the turn when held KK...

This is still the rebuy period if it helps with analysis...

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

UTG (t3040)
UTG+1 (t1180)
MP1 (t1420)
MP2 (t1450)
MP3 (t3190)
CO (t2040)
Button (t2170)
Hero (t3350)
BB (t1670)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t30, 2 folds, MP3 calls t30, CO calls t30, Button calls t30, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (t180) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (6 players)
Hero bets t240, BB folds, UTG+1 calls t240, MP3 raises to t3160, CO calls t2010 (All-In), Button folds, Hero ??

I have no redraws...? And UTG+1 is still to act ? Is this a fold ??

Call. It's the rebuy period. People are idiots until the first break.

No way is this a fold for me. You have the 2nd nuts during the rebuy period. This looks like a great time to take a shot at getting a big stack. You can always double rebuy and get back to 3k.

I agree call.. It's rebuy and you see this move all the time with a draw during rebuy. Could be anything from a straight draw to a flush draw or top pr.. Call and rebuy if your beat.

Fair enough...I haven't played a rebuy online before...I don't play MTT's...

I was just doubtful I'd have the best hand at showdown...

Well. Regardless of whether it's a rebuy, it's definitely a call.

But in a rebuy, it's especially certain that its a call.

I haven't read the responses, but if someone came in, tied me up, and clicked fold, I would escape, track them down and shoot them in the face.

NO WAY do I fold a made str8 in a rebuy situation. And by that I mean a 2 card straight on the flop, not holding 2dKs on a 3h4h5h6hJc river, just to stave off the nit brigade.

Wow, i see the point you're trying to make, and it's perfectly valid to fold... in Omaha!

Rebuy plays no role as this is such a no-brainer.
