It is kind of amusing. A renowned poster started a thread last year requesting it be bumped every time the Yankees lost. So a pitiful Yankee fan (may have been lastsamurai), started his own thread that was 1/2 as funny as 0/2 as original.

Whatever, baseball season is here. I look forward to the banter that will arise as it always does.

how come people say Red Sox fans are annoying, and there are more Red Sox fans here than any other team, but we don't have any "2006 Red Sox win World Series or BUSTO" threads or "Official Bump this thread everytime the Red Sox win" thread?

Because Red Sox fans know that God smiled on their asses in 2004 and now it's back to another mediocre 87 years. In the case of Yankee fans, when we expect to win the WS, oftentimes it actually happens.
