PartyPoker $33 Speed Tournament, Big Blind is t600 (4 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

CO (t7135)
Hero (t4270)
SB (t6805)
BB (t1790)

Preflop: Hero is in Button with 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">CO folds</font> HERO...?

Anyone feel like running the numbers for me, please? Don't have SNGPT at my disposal.

You have to tell me SB's calling range to get numbers. But, if he's smart his calling range will have to be pretty damn tight here. Without actually pluggin it in it's gotta be a push unles SB is super loose.

Sorry, the entire table was pretty aggressive but smart. First one in was normally taking down the pot. So I'd say A10o+, 77+ a range in that area.

With the CO folding to you, push +EV is 1.6% ($4.72).

With no fold to you, it becomes more of an +EV play - +2.1 ($6.17).

Forgive my newbie-ness but why? Surely you have more at risk if the CO calls and remains in the hand?
