Live 1/2 NL AA hand
MAX BUY-IN 300
I have ~300 and 2 other players in the hand cover. Relatively new to the table (1 orbit) and I pick up A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] UTG. Raise to 16. One caller in MP (has played every hand since I've sat down and is loose post flop as well), and another caller from the BB. FLOP: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] BB leads out for 50. I call. MP calls. TURN: BB Checks. I bet 125. MP sighs and says "too much for a little flush draw." BB mucks Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] face up. I was very confused as how to play this flop as I figured I had the best hand at the time and the best draw. I realized not raising the flop lets any other PP catch up and draw to a set, but I was more concerned with keeping MP in the hand as I put him on a smaller flush draw than what I had. Comments are welcomed on any street. P.S. - I've been a regular reader of the forum for about 6 months and finally decided to start posting. I appreciate the advice in advance and let me know if posting in a different manner would be better. |

Re: Live 1/2 NL AA hand
i like it.
If you raise flop, you push out hand you want to come along and only get called when behind. |

Re: Live 1/2 NL AA hand
You played it fine. BB did to. Not so sure about the other guy.
