Villains are fairly normal,way to loose preflop.

You'll see a scared 4 here fairly often, but not often enough that you shouldn't bet.

Definitely. His A8 doesn't look so hot anymore.

Edit: Disclaimer: I'm not saying I'd narrow his holding down to one possibility, but that's just typically what I see in this situation. Like others have said, a 4 is a good possibility here, but so are many 2nd pairs and small pocket pairs. It's still an easy raise.

I bet it, UTG probably missed his FD, ant CO has at least a pair, he might pay you off.
