Default Ignore Lists

does anyone really use the Ignore feature extensively?

I know about clark's fabled 140+ list, but does anyone else regularly add people to ignore when they piss you off?

I started a while ago adding people when they annoyed me a few times and I've built up a list of 48. Anyone else have that many?

I've never ignored anyone. It would cut down on the people I could jump on for making small mistakes.

I have 0, I can't stand not reading posts from both people I like and don't like.

Mine's pretty decent. 50ish.

I'm proud of the fact that I have an impressive ignore list to * ratio. Almost everybody I've got on ignore that still posts (as many are banned) has a *.

Never used...never will, If I did entire threads would be unviewable...and even If I hate the poster, they may add something to society someday...and I can then see it

I have ZERO names on my list. I use the ignore function only when someone posts a large image in a thread and screws up the frames. I then (almost always) un-ignore them.

I think the ignore function is stupid - but to each his own.

I have ignored a couple random spammers/idiots/peachy in the past, but I don't use it extensively. I think reading idiotic remarks people make (and the reactions to them) is part of the entertainment value of 2+2 and, as such, I don't see much value in putting people on ignore.

Clarkmeister, if you happen to show up in this thread, what are your motives behind keeping your "list" and making sure to let us all know when you have added someone new?

I've only added two actual posters and they share many of the same undesireable traits. It's probable they're the same person.
