Default Top Pair no kicker... how would you play this?

First off, I probably should have folded this hand preflop, but these guys tend to limp with anything and rarely raise. Im more interested in the flop turn river assessment.

Its not a "I should probably fold preflop" its a "I should not even be thinking of playing this hand UTG." Other than that it looks ok i guess.

You are making excuses to limp a terrible hand. Think about what can happen when you hit your J/5. What hands are calling you down? (better pairs when you hit your 5, AJ/KJ/QJ/JT/J9/J8/J7 when you hit your jack). How often do you make a flush (somewhere around 3% of the time). How much control of the betting after the flop are you going to have (since you are out of position)? Even on the button in the game you described I would fold this hand.

Fold pre-flop, but perfect after that.
