I would have preferred to see you bet the flop.

By checking the flop, you risked giving a free card to your opponents if your hand was best.

Betting the flop also has some fold equity.

If you're going to bet the turn and river, why not bet the flop?

That would have been better than check calling the flop, but you had no way of knowing that anyone would bet the flop for you when you checked.

A check raise works best when someone has shown earlier agression, such as raising preflop.

Grunch:

I dont like it at all, because even if you have the best hand here, you are giving great chance for the MP1 to stay in the pot and outdraw you with an overcard.
And your pocket tens are really vulnerable, so you really want to take it HU. The way you played, i would suggest to Check/raise the CO. So you really push the MP1 guy out.

The problem with this line is that your pair is TT and that it is very vulnerable to 3 more overcards than just the J on the board already. Check calling fails to protect your hand.

C/R may have been a good option if you had reason to believe a bet would come from the last to act (aggressive player)who would bet with any piece of the board.

In this position, OOP with a good but vulnerable hand, I bet out.

bet > c/r > c/c > c/f.

If you are raised on the flop, the coordination of the board and the villain come into play as to whether to continue.
