a few of the things I'm curious about and realize I may get told it's none of my bidnezz...
<ul type="square">[*]How are they chosen?[*]Is there a list of requirements/qualifications?[*]Is it a "regular" job for any of them?[*]Is it a part-time job for some?[*]Why is there no "Procedure Manual" so they all follow same guidelines?[*]When a member has a problem/complaint with a mod what is the protocol?[/list]I'm guessing other posters have questions, also. Or maybe not.
