Default FT - 3 Handed - Do you make this call?

Last night's "US Grand Prix" on Pokerroom - $100, 400+ entries, down to 3 handed.

Payouts: $10K, $6k, $4k

Stack sizes: Villian ~$250k, Hero $200k, interested bystander (IB) $~100k.

Blinds: 5/10k

Relevent reads/table dynamics: Villian had come to the FT as a co-leader and played very well - shifted gears several times, made some good reraises including pushing me off a hand preflop early in the FT when there were several smaller stacks out there. IB has been pretty passive throughout. I've changed gears a couple of times but got caught stealing a few times although not recently.

In the hand prior to this I'd shoved from the SB w/ a bare ace and was called by the villian w/ 44, spiked an A on the flop and doubled through to the situation we have now.

Hero is on button, villian is in SB, IB is in BB.

Hero is first to act w/ TT and raises to 40k, villian shoves, BB folds.

Hero???

Instacall? His range can't posssibly be ahead of TT, playing 3-handed. The fact that he's seen you raise with a weak ace probably means he's even willing to do this with hands like A7-A9.

I call. Usually a push is 2 broadway that wants to see 5 cards. It could also be a pp looking for 2 broadway. Given the last hand, I think you can widen villian's range a bit. You didn't list a range, but if its AA-77 (down to 44?) plus AK-AT, KQ, maybe KJ, then you are ahead enough to call 160K into ~250K pot.

Instacall, and I do not think it is close. Go for the win right here.

If you fold here, what kind of hand are you gonna wait for with those blinds/stacks. TT is the biggest pair you'll probably see the rest of this tourney, and the range of hands is sooooo big here. Three handed I wouldn't be surprised if Villain has air here b/c of your previous steals. 4 hands you're worried about against probably 436246347245724 you aren't...
