During, often, sometimes. I find it weird getting off while the girl just lies there/is bent over so I try to make it work for both of us (unless she's drunk). Best sex is climax near the same time imo.

I've had girls fake it sometimes when they're not into it or don't think I am. Girls are actually pretty good at it, some I couldn't tell until they told me afterwards.
