I think you are leaning on the weak-tight side. If he has much sense, there is almost no reason he'd be drawing to a gutshot on the turn, so the straight is very unlikely (possibly with 99). There is a reasonable chance he slow-played a set of jacks, but you're losing a lot of cash if you put an opponent on that every time this situation comes up.

Besides not re-raising the river, I think you played this hand pretty well.

I am fine with a call here. You aren't going to get too many calls from weaker hands if you reraise and it's not likely you would fold out anything stronger that happened to slowplay (set of Jacks).

looks good to me, anytime someone PF raises and then slowsdown on the flop always sets off bells for me.
