I'd raise the river and call a 3-bet. Villain has two pair or a worse set here more often than a straight.

Raise river. I see a lot, and I mean a lot of fish with a low aggr. factor going nuts with 2P and better. Here you made the right move by calling, but not raising river -EV long term i think.
