Default Ask PHB about ADA/Handicap Accessibility Laws in New Construction

Since everyone and their mother has one of these threads, have at it!

Anything OOT'ers need to know about accessibilty laws pertaining to the built environment!

Yes. The urinal rim shall be mounted no higher than 17" AFF (Above finished floor). The rim shall also protrude at least 14" from the wall.

The urinal handle shall be no higher than 44", if not automatic. Wheelchair users require a 30" wide approach to a urinal, unless it is in an alcove deeper than 2 feet, then they require 36" width.
