Default 5/10 standard river fold to a 3-bet?

villain is loose around 54% his aggression is mid level, not too high not too low.

Final Pot: 11.70 BB

I'm not sure about my river play, should I have just called, or is raising and folding to a 3-bet better?

I would never fold this for one more bet. I see people all the time who flop a flush, play it weekly intending to pop it on the river and then when the river might be bad for them they dont even consider it because they are too focused on executing their plan. Moreover I have seen people with very passive stats over a decent sample size surprise me and 3 bet a Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] here. Anyway I would never lay this down.

I'm not folding this river. If you don't want to get 3-bet then just call his bet.

Have to agree, 3-betting this is pushing a small edge (don't know if he ever folds J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] btw) and I don't want to fold.

but with the board paired, I'm not just worried about an Ace high flush but also a fullhouse. I think it is pretty gutsy to 3-bet this river with anything less than a A high flush after I have shown so much strength. But I guess the pot is too big to fold for one more.

I don't think he's check calling the turn w/ a full house. His flop donk, check/call turn is a standard fishes flush draw play.
