Is there a forum for people developing poker software

I was curious if there is a forum on this board or elsewhere for people developing poker software.

I am doing a little programming in perl. At this point it is primarily to help me understand poker better rather than to develop any product. However, I would be interested in discussions of people developing poker software.

This forum is oriented more towards users of Poker Software.

If you are developing open-source or free software, you are probably free to post about it here. If its commercial software, you are expected to pay for advertising rather than just posting about it.
