Default JJ, UTG, 2nd hour of $3R

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (9 handed) converter

MP3 (t6140)
CO (t10365)
Button (t22450)
SB (t10425)
BB (t18287)
Hero (t12400)
UTG+1 (t12225)
MP1 (t13465)
MP2 (t16000)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero raises to t550, 1 fold, MP1 raises to t1600, 6 folds, Hero calls t1050.

Flop: (t3375) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets t4800, Hero raises to t10775.

How's this look? Mostly I'm unsure about the flop play. I was thinking C/R push once the flop went down, but did he bet enough that I needed to change my play? Or is it still the play?

edit: But I suppose PF could be a leak as well. Open to suggestions.

2nd edit: Read was that the guy was solid.

Seems pretty standard, would you rather have him check behind you and take a free turn card? What's your play on the turn if it misses your draw? I'm leaning more towards opening the flop with a push. You have some FE here, and you have some outs, a fold by him isn't bad, but I'm not mad if he calls.

Meh you have 11 outs here like always. Seems fine though.

Lol I know that sounds wrong. But you occasionally have the best hand.

ok well that's kinda what i was asking -- is it right to willingly take 10/11 outs (are you giving me the backdoor flush out?) twice on the flop with only a 3,000 chip overlay?

do you think so? are you attributing this to the "amazingly bad player that has managed to fly under our radar" factor? because between the preflop reraise from a solid player and the flop overbet on a draw heavy board, that sure looks like an overpair like 90% of the time.

I certainly don't mind your line, as you're getting more value out of your hand/draw when he bets . . . however, what's your plan if he checks?

His range is JJ+,AKs,AKo (it's unlikely he has AQ+ and 88-1010, but certainly not impossible) given the way he played preflop. Now, on that flop, against his range, you're better than a 50% . . . I'm either open pushing or cr allin

i agree that if AKs/AKo are part of his range, it's a definite push. and i totally agree that that is his range after his preflop action (thus, the call) -- and I may even add TT.

the question is whether or not, given his flop bet, including AK in his range is still realistic.

His preflop range is those hands, not his flop range.
