Pokerroom bonus. Time to appear in account?

I just finished my pokerroom reload bonus, but the money hasn't appeared in my account. Does anyone know how long typically does it take for them to credit thier bonus?

I just finshed the bettson bonus, it appears there having technical problems. IT says 27 hours it should be there if not email them.
