Default Greatest Beatles Song EVER: Sweet Sixteen

The Group stage was tough for many with difficult decisions being par for the course. Though some songs such as Day Tripper had an easy ride into the next round other groups; such as group 4 where Norwegian Wood narrowly overcame competition from I Am The Walrus and Don't Let Me Down and group 6 where the early classic, Eight Days A Week just made it into the next round after havign a tough time from two later classics, Helter Skelter and Something, proved far more challenging.

Sad Golden Slumbers went out, but I'm cheering 'all you need is love' all the way now...

Yeah unfortunately that found itself in a group with Hey Jude, and promptly got pummled by the might of Macca.

I'm surprised by a lot of these. I voted for LSD, Day Tripper, Norwegian Wood, Across the Universe, and While My Guitar Gently Weeps, all of which are losing. Across the Universe in particular is really blowing my mind.
