Moneymaker - 3 years later

So I read his book and the one thing that really came through was that this fellow was a degenerate gambler in denial. His WSOP play involved a couple pushes with minimal outs along with some decent play. I was unimpressed.

What's he done since?

He lost $700 to me in the 2/5 NL at Caesar's a couple weeks ago. </lamest brag ever> Other than that, no idea.

If he can handle not betting betting sports and table games I can't see him ever going broke. If not he could end up being a Sam Grizzle........ Made a lot of money without playing poker.
Some cashes here and there, a final table in a wpt event.

PS: seems to have earned some respect from a couple of pros

Well, one thing he does is handle crap thrown at him by guys like you.

A few weeks ago he was playing in the 2-5 no limit game at Caesars Palace. Somebody in a 1-2 no limit game called over "Hey Chris..........Hey Crhis..........Hey Chris!..This guy here says you don't know how to play!".

Even if he's done nothing since (and I'm not saying that), he's accomplished more in poker than almost everybody else ever will.
