Let me start of by saying that i know my sample size is SMALL, but since i can't 10 table in a casino, a smaller sample size will have to do for now. So far i've been to the taj 3 times to play their $50+15 and $100+20 STT. The structure of the tournaments is as follows.

-10 players
-1000 chips to start
-Blinds start at 25-50 and go up every 15 minutes
-By level 3 there is a $25 ante which continues to go up every level.
-1st place wins it all... occasionally when it comes down to 2 or even 3 people they can make some sort of deal to chop the pot.

since you must get 1st (or sometimes 2nd) place to make any money, how is that affecting my results with ROI and ITM percentage. here are the results.

-# 2nd : 3 (some sort of deal was made)

How do these results compare to typical online STT results where top 3 are ITM?

Well, the rake is prohibitive (20% + toke) but you seem to be doing well enough. Unless you're playing against total donks (which seems to happen B&M, based on what I've heard) don't expect that to continue. Play 100 (500 really) and then talk to us.

Oh, to answer your question, online STT ROI's usually range from 5%-15% long-term for winning players.
