Default Books Specific to SNGs?

I'm looking to start grinding SNG's and I wanted to know if there are any books that are SPECIFIC to SNG strategy. Thanks in advance!

screw books. read 2p2. 1000000x better than any book.

for a real answer, harrington on hold em has the most on sng's that i know of, but some of the advice is really bad.

this forum is the best advice you can get about sit-n-gos on the planet... besides personal conversations with the people who post on this forum. i'm not kidding.

Read to see why "Harrington on Hold 'Em 2" is not the nuts

Kill Phil is the closest thing I can think of for good sng strategy. That being said this forum, sngpt, and experience are much more valuable.

my personal favorite is..

Tournament Poker for Advanced Players (Sklansky)
-it's not neccessarily about STTs but if you are new to some tournament concepts, this will help..particualrly how chip values change.

there's also Harrington's books

Getting started in Holdem (Miller)
and
Poker Tournament Strategies (Suzuki)
both have small sections specific to SNGs.

all of the info in these can be found in this forum (and put to use in these games every day) so this forum is the best reading material out there.

GL buddy

There is no book specifically for SnGs. This forum is the state of the art.

(And as others have said, buy SnGPT.)

I retract my original advice SNGPT is BAD do not buy it!!! The best way to win is by reading Play Poker Like the Pros (holdem chapters only!!!!) Also anything by Ken Warren (arguably one of the top professionals in the game today) is golden.

If that doesn't work for you remember that ace rag is strong especially early in a tourney. Gamble early play conservative late, and enter the highest buy in tournaments possible because those players will fold more often.

That's because they respect your raises more at the higher levels!

Sarcasm is sneering, jesting, or mocking a person, situation or thing. It is often used in a humorous or ironic manner and is expressed through vocal intonations such as over-emphasizing the actual statement or particular words

sarcasm in written communication
Because it is vocally-oriented, sarcasm can be difficult to grasp in written form and is easily misinterpreted
