Default UK gaming firms take legal action against Italy

Several UK gaming firms are going to file legal action against Italy for their recent attmept to block internet gaming. They say Italy's action is agaist trade treaties and that Italy was in breach of European Union rules because they failed to notify them of their actions. It's nice to see they are fighting back against some of this repressive legislation.

Also in this article it says that Paypal will again be accepting gaming trasactions by UK licensed operators..

Good news. The situation of italy does not affect me directly (allthough we do want the italian fish in the pond too), but you never know what kind of grazy ideas other member states that have gaming monopoly are getting from the italian lead.
