Default Layed down AA on turn vs unknown

Pokerroom $50NL
Folds to hero in MP (AA)
Hero raises to 3
Button Calls
SB Calls
SB & button Are unknown but seem pretty solid/tight after 20 hands or so.
Flop: 257rainbow pot 10$
SB check
Hero bets $7
button folds
SB raises to $14
Hero calls $7
turn T (still rainbow)pot $38
SB bets $10
Hero folds

I have seen so many typical low limit NL players make this play with a set. I decided to call the flop raise & decide what to do by his action on the turn. His 10$ bet into 38 worried me even more & I was pretty sure he would go all in on the river. Thoughts?

Have you seen him make small turn bets in the past?

Looks like he hit a set and he's trying to keep you interested in the pot since the board is not that scary. I think this was a good laydown.
