Default My last 10 multi-table tourney beats going all-in pre-flop

I posted before venting about how I consistently lose in the multi-table tourneys at Paradise against a bigger stack when I go all-in pre-flop with the best hand. Got a lot of skeptical responses. Here are my last ten all-in hands from my last ten tourneys against a bigger stack:

1. JJ vs. 33--lost to a 3 on the turn.
2. AA vs. 77--lost to a 7 on the river.
3. AA vs. JT--lost to trip J's on the flop.
4. KK vs. AQ--lost to two pair aces and queens on the flop.
5. TT vs. 87--lost to a flush on the river (87 was unsuited)
6. QQ vs. A9s--lost to aces on the river.
7. AJ vs. A6--lost to a pair of 6's on the turn.
8. AA vs. 96--lost to two pair on the river.
9. AKs vs. Q7s--lost to a flush on the river.
10. QQ vs. 55--lost to a set on the flop.

I guess this is pretty standard stuff though.

Ah, let me add this nice one from tonight:

11. AA vs. AJ--flopped a pair of J's, then hit trips on the river. Nice.

I really can't imagine that this is supposed to happen time after freakin time like this. I really must suck at poker.

If it really is standard then just explain to me why so I can quit getting pissed off every time.

Actually, I'm way beyond getting pissed off anymore. I just sit there waiting for the inevitable no matter what hand I have. My AA was 91% pf against AJ. My AA was 95.45% going to the river against 77.

When you play MTTs you ask for this. It's gonna happen time after time after time until you finally get lucky enough to survive one to the end. You either have to accept it and deal with it, or switch to ring games.

Standard.

I really hate that feeling too. After playing good, patient read-based poker for several hours, building a stack, then *bam*, you get your chips in with the best hand and *poof* your out. I allways have this empty feeling inside for 10 or 15 minutes.....

Keep plugging away at it though -- it's a great feeling when you actually make it to the final table and get that sweet payday. My biggest win was only like 7k, but even that made it all seem worthwhile
