Ultimate Bet Sucks

First time playing there in awhile and I have had several problems -

- I had tables freeze on me several times last night

- I log in today and it shows that I have $1000 "in play" when I am not actually sitting at any tables

- then I try to withdraw the rest of my funds, and it won't let me!

Are you kidding me? What is up with this site?

Search function...there are tons of threads on this. But basically, they did a disastrous upgrade and it has totally made their software FUBAR. I'm staying away till it's straightened out.

After having my table freeze this morning and not being able to cash out, I'm done playing at UB. Luckily, I only have a small portion of my bankroll here.

Maybe I should start looking into playing live more often - there are casinos nearby...this is the second online poker site that I have not played at due to multiple software issues.

Emailing them every other day is may only make you more frustrated. They have 10x the normal volume of emails.

Maybe if they responded to some emails in a timely manner they wouldn't have the volume.

And if the had any cash left in the bank, they would immediately hire temp help and atleast fix their customer service problems. Seems like no emails answered, no cash left.
