Default Flop trips (BB Special) how aggressive to be on flop?

CO is 23/2/1.09/31(WSD) over 295 hands.

PokerStars 0.10/0.20 Hold'em (9 handed) hand converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 4 folds, CO calls, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG folds, CO raises, SB folds, Hero ???

Do we call and check/raise the turn, or do we 3 bet here?

Well you could get it capped here, or call and check-raise the turn. I kindof like the latter, but I'm not sure why.

3 bet. The check behind on the turn would suck. Villain holding A rag and an A on the turn would be poopy too. When you have the best hand get money in the pot.

As you are now HU I think a call check/raise extract the most.

My thinking was to 3 bet because it was heads up. Is that faulty? Had SB came along for the ride, I would have called and then c/r the turn.

As played, I 3 bet and villian folded.
