Default How does Party survive?

Amazing, I played over 8 hours, most of it waiting while party tourneys were locked up, with the message saying tournament will resume shortly. After waiding through 3500 people in the WSOP freeroll and getting down to 70, (50 get buy in to WSOP qualifier) the tourney went away. I call support, wait 45 minutes on hold, finally get someone and they agree to so generously give me $20, I say B.S. let me talk to manager, lady says I will transfer you, well guess what, im on hold for another 45 minutes, finally hang up and call back to raise hell only to get recorded message "were sorry phone support is down" wow, what class. I would hate to guess the amount of rake I have contributed, I am a 10-20 and up player and have been for 2-3 years. What a way to treat a good customer. Well I have finally reached my limit, im through with these no class losers.

You play 10-20 and up for 2-3 years and care about a WSOP freeroll?

I think its more about the poor business practice that makes him angry, not the free roll.

I hate Party. They're pricks whenever i contact them. I have cashed out my money, and moved to Stars.

Don't stand for this. Stick it to the man.

And how is PokerStars worse? When was the last time Stars was down for any length of time? I think never.

Party survives because they have aggressive marketing and especially aggressive affiliate program.

So I'm guessing you missed the part where he said "almost all" right?
