Default 4 Monitors

What do I need to do to run four monitors? I would like to avoid spending $500 for a Quadro 400 NVS because I'm cheap so if anyone has any suggestions I'm open to them. Just going to be using it to 16 table so I don't need a powerhouse graphics card(s).

You can just buy a secondary PCI graphics card and use it in conjunction with your current AGP/PCI-E graphics card. Windows is clever, it'll figure it out.
