Does Party Ipod have "PartyPoker" logo on it?

We ordered it as a gift.

Now we are wondering. There is no logo on the picture at the Party store, but that doesnt mean much where Party is concerned.

Its for the kid's birthday (they arent allowed to wear or have anything at school that "advertises" any product or internet site).

I doubt it, although I don't know. You can always just "scratch it out" or cover it with a sticker if it's there.

But I dont think a highschooler will think its very cool to have a scratched out Ipod.

I got the nano yesterday. No Party logo anywhere.

I bet Apple would have some major issues with Party branding iPods like that. Don't think you have anything to worry about.

It comes sealed from Apple. Party just pay for it.

Just curious, but is the Apple logo OK? Your description of this policy sounds like it might also ban anything carrying a company logo.

Actually I do consulting for an ad agency. You can buy Ipod's and have your logo imprinted on them. Apple only cares if you don't pay them [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

What kind of school is this? I never heard of a rule like that before. Is it just so kids that can't Nike don't feel bad?
