Auction style NCAA pool - need advice

I'm going to an auction tonight at the local club.

They auction off all 32 NCAA team pairings to the highest bidder and pay back the pool for games the teams win after the first round. You get the initial bracket of two teams for your money and they have to win the 2nd round game to get paid (2% of pool). You get increasing percentages as the team continues to win.

Any 4/13, 5/12, 6/11, 7/10, 8/9 pairings you guys see as good value for an elite 8 or better run? I can't afford the big money teams like Duke and UConn.

as mentioned by others, teamrankings.com and tradesports.com have great stuff as to how far teams will get (teamrankings.com is statistical, tradesports.com is market-oriented. both have their advantages, although presumably market should be the best. bid/ask can be fairly big sometimes which is a problem)

Whats the rake of this (this type of thing is called a calcutta). You might not even be able to find value if the rake is hgih.

I think it's 5% of the pool to the local club. Kind of a fundraiser for it.

Wichitia St and Seton Hall should have a decent chance against Tenn essee (or god forbid Winthrop)

Pitt might be a good value as Kansas is a young team, and Memphis could be vulnerable to a tough big east team.
