Are you guys still having problems at UB?

It seems to me they still haven't fixed their technical problems. They took several days to process my cashout request. It's been three days and they still haven't processed a request to transfer money to another account. Yesterday and today I've been having problems logging in. Is it just me, or is everyone else still having problems with Ultimate Bet?

I won't be playing there again after the last fiasco. There would have to be major customer service changes for me to go back - I don't have confidence in them right now.

HOW ****ing long does it take to review all games at the time of crash?

Ultimate bet is working well for me now. I've got all my money back (note: I wasn't owed any tourney fees, only cash game funds) This incident was annoying but not enough to make me leave UB. I [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] UB's interface.

I have not tried to play there in two weeks. I tried to w/d, but I sent it to Neteller instead of Firepay (my fault). It took them about 5 days to decline the w/d and respond.

So, I w/d again to firepay and that has been over 4 days agao ... still waiting. (it is only $800, so it is not even a big amount).

I'm just about ready to abandon them...much as I like the site's interface and quick play. I can find a decent RB deal somewhere else, I'm sure.

Not any more. I cashed out (should get my money in about 7 months) and uninstalled UB. Going back to Party. By the way is there anyway to uninstall BJ? It is too available and the hide option is just stupid.

Yes, last night I won a S&G and it took about 10 minutes for it to credit the win to my account.

Something is wrong with the part of the code.

When your account balance is ZERO you can't cashout.
