keep track of time

i want to put myself to playing 5 hours each day.
but i need a (software) device to track time.
is there any?
i have no use for pokertracker or pokeroffice, as i mostly play 5 card draw anyway.

I use a watch, though some computers do have the time on the bottom right corner of the screen.

someone in the software forum discussed a small applet that would have the time, time spent playing, and # hands/#raked hands. I think its genius, but I don't think it ever came to fruition.
