Default Bet this river?

Villain is 19.2/11.5/4.00 after 26 hands.

I am not worried too much about the sb who is giving his money away 84.8/3.0/1.17 after 35 hands.

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Flop: (10 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)

Turn: (8 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

Since he didn't cap pre-flop, I figured he has a set, TT or a flush draw. I decided to call him down. Opinions on what do to here are more then welcome.

Sounds like villian could be a good 2+2 poster. I think I fold pre-flop. Too tight???

What's he calling with that you beat? Take a free showdown and hope he has AK/AQ.

First, this is not enough hands to assume his a good unless you saw him play some specific hands. It gives you an idea that he's not a retard obviously. Even with those stats, why are you folding this? His range of raising hands here is wide enough.

-grunch-

I'm thinking something like AQ spades for villain, although the flop 3-bet is a bit odd. I just don't see what he raises preflop from UTG+1 that connects with this board, so... TT, AQs, ATs or AJs (all spades) seem most likely to me. When he checks the river, I probably bet, but it's pretty close in my mind. Actually at the table, I probably chicken out and check behind.

He could be a good 2+2 poster. Or he's just someone who has only played 5 of his first 26 hands, raising 3 of them.

I check the river.
Without reads is it standard to 3 bet early position raises/reraise preflop? I would probably fold but maybe its a leak.

If you bet and he calls or raises, you lose 100%.

If you check, you win sometimes.
