It seems like I'm finding myself in this position a lot lately. I have position, get a nice piece of the flop and show aggression. But when I get bet into on the turn it seems like I have to be beat, right? [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

UTG is an uberfish - 95/5/.8
MP1 is not much better - 39.5/6/.5
Both reads are over only 30 hands or so, fwiw.

call that and call any river card.

If the villians really are as bad as their stats suggest I would feel better about my hand, but I only had ~30 hands on both so I didn't want to rely too heavily on that when making a plan. For some reason it didn't feel right to make the overcall and then go into calldown mode against two seemingly passive opponents, but I had trouble coming up with anything better.

What do you beat here? I can almost put the fish on exactly 77, Q7 or J7. Raising a passive fish here who obviously likes his hand is throwing away money.

Dont you think UTG check raises the turn if he has 77?
MP1 bets the flop, Hero raised, and MP1 didnt 3 bet, so I am guessing MP1 has top pair with kicker problems.

UTG called two cold on the flop so he either has a set of jacks with slowplayitis or has Q7. I'm going with Q7.

At a minimum I'm calling down, but probably raising the turn. No way I lay down TPGK for a donk bet on the turn.
