Being stuck.
I put in my third live seesion today at the bike casino playing the 6-12 game. I enjoy this game and even though its more than I should play with my bankroll I have always consistently beat it. During my first 2 live sessions this week I was up about $380, but today I was down $400. I cant really say that I was playing that bad but man the cards were laughing in my face badly. I could not hit my freerolls or my nut low/ nut flush draws that I kept flopping. Believe it or not this is the first big loss that Ive ever taken live, and by big I mean over $100. I know that I am a longrun winner in these games but I was just wondering what the most people here have dropped in a live omaha game.

Re: Being stuck.
if you only played 3 times and you're net NEGATIVE, how can you KNOW you're a long run winner in this particular game?

Re: Being stuck.
odom,
I just dropped $165 at poker stars in the last 12 hours (having slept for 7 of those hours). I had been playing LO8 at 1/2, 2/4, and 3/6 levels. Having the same kind of luck you are with the cards. Good luck. |

Re: Being stuck.
It is pretty easy to drop a grand in a live $10-20 with a half kill. I think the most I ever lost in a single session is just over $800. If the game is good pots can hit a thousand dollars.
