Default How was your poker learning curve / results.

Hello,

I'm currently evaluating my learning curve and progression at poker. I started playing online about 6 months ago and managed to play around 50K hands so far. Started with a shy 50$ and built on that. In brief, it looks like this :

7k hands of 0.50/1
20k hands of 1/2
5k hands of 2/4
18k hands of NL25

First months were mostly 1 or 2 tabling at max since i couldn't handle more. I recently (last 10k) went 4 tabling with great success.

But that's not the point. I have the general feeling that i'm improving slowly. Not that I'm concerned, I just feel like with all the efforts I put in, I have a slow progression. I'm mostly playing NL by now since I have more fun and challenge that way.

I have an ultimate goal : acquiring a level of play that will generate around $20 an hour. Modest goal, more like a sideline because I don't feel like living threw poker. I just like the game enough to put the hours an enjoy the extra $$.

I'm not in a rush for reaching this goal soon. I'm not bored learning and practicing but after reading tons and tons of post, I always had the feeling that I'm slow at improving.

So I ask the question. How were your debuts?! Just tell me about it, i'm curious!

.fs.
